  1. 1 Egg, slightly beaten

  2. 2 tablespoons Soft butter

  3. 1/4 cup Sugar

  4. 1/4 cup 2% yogurt OR 3/4ts lemon juice

  5. 2% milk

  6. 1/3 cup 2% milk

  7. 1/2 cup Bran

  8. 1 medium Apple, grated

  9. 1/2 cup Raisins, soaked

  10. 1/2 cup Rolled oats

  11. DRY INGREDIENTS

  12. 1/3 cup Wholewheat flour

  13. 1/3 cup All-purpose flour

  14. 3/4 teaspoon Baking powder

  15. 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

  16. 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

  17. 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  1. In large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to bran mixture, stirring until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 425 F about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 small muffins.
