  3. 1 1/2 cups low-fat graham cracker crumbs

  4. 1/4 cup reduced fat margarine -- melted

  5. 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  6. **FILLING**

  7. 2 cups miniature marshmallows -- melted

  8. 2 tablespoons skim milk

  9. 1 cup fat-free sour cream

  10. 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese -- softened

  11. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  12. 17 ounces fruit cocktail in syrup -- drained

  1. To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill 1 hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 degree oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling.

  2. In a saucepan, heat marshmallows and milk over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Cool ten minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Stir marshmallow mixture and fruit cocktail. mixtures together. Turn into crust. Chill until set.
