  1. 3 cups Cooked rice

  2. 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

  3. Salt and pepper to taste

  4. 1 Egg

  5. 1 tablespoon Soft butter

  6. 1 medium Onion

  7. Giblets

  8. 5 pounds Chicken or duck

  1. Combine all ingredients except onion, giblets and duck. Boil onion and giblets until almost tender; grind in food grinder. Add to rice mixture and stir. Pack chicken or duck with stuffing as roast as usual. Left-over stuffing can be baked in a buttered casserole.
