  1. 10 oz Almond s, coarsely chopped

  2. 8 oz Cream cheese , room temperature

  3. 4 oz Roquefort cheese , crumbled

  4. 1 1/2 lbs Red, seedless grape s

  1. Spread almonds in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 275° til toasted to light golden color, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Rinse grapes; pat dry. Combine cheeses and cream in mixing bowl. Hand coat grapes in cheese mixture to ccover completely. Swirl each grape in almond bowl to coat.

  3. Place on tray lined with waxed paper. Chill until serving time.
