  1. 1/3 lb 151g / 5 1/3oz Snow peas - trimmed, and Strings removed

  2. 1/3 lb 151g / 5 1/3oz Green beans - cut 2" pieces

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml White wine vinegar

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/4 Sugar substitute

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried tarragon

  1. Cook green beans in a large pot of lightly salted water 3 to 4 minutes, until crisp-tender. Add snow peas during the last minute of cooking time. Drain and return to pot.

  2. Mix in oil, vinegar, salt, sugar substitute and tarragon. Toss to coat vegetables evenly.
