  3. 1 cup hot thin white sauce Chopped parsley Anchovy paste

  4. 6 slices hot buttered toast

  1. Instructions Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with the seasonings, cream, parsley, anchovy, or any desired relish. Refill the whites with the mixture. Place on slices of toast and pour the white sauce over them.
