  1. 1 large red bell pepper

  2. 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  3. 2 green onions, chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon capers

  1. Char pepper over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Wrap in paper bag and let stand 10 minutes. Peel and seed. Rinse if necessary; pat dry. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
