  2. 1 lb. carrot s, sliced

  3. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  4. 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts , toasted

  1. POUR dressing over carrots in large nonstick skillet; stir to coat.

  2. COVER and cook on medium heat 10 min., stirring after 5 min. Remove from heat.

  3. STIR in parsley and walnuts.
