  1. 1 lb Linguine

  2. 1/2 c Olive oil

  3. 6 Garlic cloves, chopped

  4. Salt/pepper 1/4 c Fresh parsley, cut 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

  5. 10 c Water

  6. 10 minutes. Bring water to boil and add linguine, cook

  7. 12 minutes, remove from heat. Let rest in pot for 10-15 minutes. (Do not drain pasta.) Using a pasta serving spoon, remove pasta to soup dish and pour

  8. 1/4 c of garlic water over pasta. Top with parmesan cheese.
