  2. White Chip Fruit Tart

  7. 3/4 C Butter or margarine

  8. -- softened 1/2 C Powdered sugar

  9. 1 1/2 C All-purpose flour

  10. --WHITE FILLING--

  11. 10 Oz Premier White Chips

  12. - (Hershey's)

  13. 1/4 C Whipping cream

  14. 8 Oz Softened cream cheese

  15. --FRUIT TOPPING--

  16. 1/4 C Sugar

  17. 1 Tb Cornstarch

  18. 1/2 C Pineapple juice

  19. 1/2 Ts Lemon juice

  20. Assorted fresh fruit

  21. - sliced Heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. In small mixer bowl, beat butter

  22. and powdered sugar until smooth; blend in flour. Press mixture onto

  23. bottom and up side of 12-inch round pizza pan. Flute edge, if necessary.

  24. 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely. Prepare

  25. white filling; spread on cooled crust. Cover; refrigerate. Prepare fruit

  26. topping. Cover; refrigerate assembled tart until just before serving. 10

  27. to 12 servings. White Filling:

  28. In microwave-safe bowl, place Hershey's Premier White Chips and whipping

  29. 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until chips are

  30. melted and mixture is smooth when stirred vigorously. Beat in cream

  31. cheese.

  32. Fruit Topping:

  33. In small saucepan, stir together sugar and cornstarch; stir in juices.

  34. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened; cool.

  35. Meanwhile, arrange fruit on top of filling; carefully pour or brush

  36. juice mixture over fruit.
