  1. 3 quarts popped jolly time pop corn

  2. 1 1/2 cups corn chips

  3. 1/4 cup butter or margarine

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons mexican seasoning

  5. 3/4 cup shredded taco cheese

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spread popped pop corn and corn chips in a shallow baking pan lined with foil. Melt butter in small pan. Stir in mexican seasoning. Pour over pop corn mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with cheese and toss to mix. Bake 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve at once. Makes about 3 1/2 quarts.
