  2. 2 ounce(s) Fresh Broccoli florets

  3. 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) Margarine

  5. 3 Beaten eggs

  1. Heat small skillet over moderate heat adding your margarine. Next, add broccoli, and bologna, keeping your flame at a moderate heat, add beaten eggs. To avoid burning, carefully stir the eggs-Don't scramble. Once eggs are done on one side, flip eggs to cook the other side then add cheese and then fold your omelette, or if you have a broiler you can melt the cheese and then fold, what ever is easiest.
