    1. 2 medium purple or green kohlrabi bulbs, scrubbed

    2. 2 tablespoons butter

    3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    4. 1 clove garlic, minced

    5. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

    6. Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Trim kohlrabi, but do not peel. Place in a steamer basket over simmering water, covered, for 40 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly, then peel and dice in 1/2 inch cubes.

    2. Meanwhile, in drained pan over medium heat, melt butter; stir in lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Cook 2 minutes. Add kohlrabi back to pan; toss to coat with sauce and heat through. Season salt and pepper.
