  1. 2 Cups Frozen Hashbrowns, Thawed

  2. 1 Cup Milk

  3. 4 Egg s

  4. 1 Cup Cubed Ham

  5. 1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onion s

  6. 1/4 Cup Chopped Red or Green Pepper

  7. 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  8. Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375°

  2. Press hashbrowns on to bottom and up sides of a greased 9 inch pie plate and bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl and beat until well mixed.

  4. Stir in ham, onions and peppers.

  5. Sprinkle half of cheese over potatoes.

  6. Pour egg mixture over cheese and make for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center.

  7. Top with remaining cheese and let stand 10 minutes before serving
