  1. 12 Brown Sugar Cinnamon Poptarts

  2. 6 oz of cream cheese at room temperature

  3. 1 cup of canned pumpkin

  4. 1/8 cup of white granulated sugar

  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring

  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  7. 1/4 tsp

  1. Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg together well. Toast Pop-Tarts in toaster. Prepare a small skillet by spraying with cooking spray and warming to medium-low heat. Spread a generous layer of filling on the unfrosted side of the poptart and place another poptart on top of the filling to make like a sandwich. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side just to lightly brown frosting and warm the filling. After removing from skillet carefully cut into about 4 bite size pieces. Optional-use decorating gel frosting to decorate each piece as desired.
