  1. 2 cups chopped fresh cantaloupe

  2. 6 green onion s, chopped

  3. 3 kiwifruit , peeled and finely chopped

  4. 1 medium navel orange , peeled and finely chopped

  5. 1 medium sweet yellow pepper , chopped

  6. 1 medium sweet red pepper , chopped

  7. 1 can (8 ounces) crushed unsweetened pineapple , drained

  8. 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

  9. 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries

  10. CINNAMON TORTILLA CHIPS:

  11. 10 flour tortillas (8 inches)

  12. 1/4 cup butter or stick margarine, melted

  13. 1/3 cup sugar

  14. 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain if desired. Just before seving, stir in strawberries.

  2. For chips, brush tortillas with butter; cut each into eight wedges. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the tortillas. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-14 minutes or just until crisp. Serve with fruit salsa
