  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour

  2. 2 cups white flour

  3. 13 oz warm water

  4. 2 tbsp molasses

  5. 1 tsp salt

  6. 1 tbsp cooking oil

  7. 1 tbsp active dry yeast

  1. Stir molasses and yeast into warm water. Let stand about 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; pour in yeast mixture. Mix well. Let rise then knead and rise again. Shape into loaves and place in greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove and cool.
