  2. 150ml (5 fl oz) white wine

  3. 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  4. 1 clove garlic, minced

  5. 1 knob root ginger, minced

  6. handful chopped fresh coriander

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and coriander. Marinate fish or chicken for 30 minutes or more before grilling or barbecuing.
