  1. Aluminum foil

  2. 1/4 cup raw rice

  3. 1/4 cup molasses

  4. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  5. 1/4 cup black tea leaves

  6. 1 stick cinnamon

  7. 1 tablespoon whole allspice

  8. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  9. Vegetable Relish (recipe follows)

  10. Sesame seeds

  1. This recipe for Tea Smoked Chicken with Sesame Vegtable Relish was submitted by Roxanne Chan, Albany, CA.

  2. Line wok or stockpot with foil. On top of foil, place rice, molasses, brown sugar, tea leaves, cinnamon stick and allspice; stir gently.

  3. Place small rack over mixture and arrange chicken breasts on rack.

  4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes; slice chicken.

  5. Place Sesame Vegetable Relish on serving dish and arrange chicken on top Garnish with sesame seeds.
