  3. 1/4 cup chopped onion

  4. 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

  5. 2 cups cream-style corn

  6. 1 egg, beaten

  7. 2 slices, reduced-calorie bread, crumbled

  8. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet, sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray, brown the cutlets on one side. Place meat in an 8x8 baking dish. In a bowl, combine all the other ingredients. Place corn stuffing on top of the cutlets. Cover. Bake for 1 hour and serve.
