  1. 1 turkey cutlet per person Flour, salt , pepper Olive oil White worcestershire sauce

  1. Coat cutlet lightly with four, salt and pepper, or season to taste. Place pan over high heat and add enough olive oil to coat pan. Sautee cutlet in oil for approximately 3 minutes per side--cutlet is ready to turn when it no longer sticks to pan and has turned brown. Turn off heat and remove cutlet from pan. Add 2-3 tablespoons of White Worcestershire to pan and wisk to combine with browned bits in pan. Pour over cutlet and serve with your choice of side dishes (steamed broccoli, baked potato, sweet potato. or rice).
