  5. 1 c Butter or margarine; softene

  6. 6 lg Eggs

  7. 2 2/3 c Sugar

  8. 3 c All-purpose flour

  9. 1/4 ts Baking soda

  10. 1/2 ts Salt

  11. 1 c Sour cream; cultured

  12. 1/2 ts Lemon extract

  13. 1/2 ts Orange extract

  14. 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

  15. Bring butter and eggs to room temperature. Grease and flour the bottom and sides of a 10-inch bundt or tube pan; set aside.

  16. In large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until creamy.

  17. Gradually add the sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.

  18. Add eggs, one at a time, beating about 1 minute after each; scrape bowl

  19. frequently, guiding mixture toward beaters. Beat

  20. 2 minutes more.

  21. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately

  22. with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat well after

  23. each addition. Add lemon, orange and vanilla extracts; beat just until

  24. thoroughly blended.

  25. Pour batter into prepared 10-inch bundt or tube pan. Bake in preheated

  26. 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours, or until wooden pick inserted in center

  27. comes out clean and dry. Cool cake in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes;

  28. remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if
