  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced fresh red chili with seeds

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cornstarch - mixed with

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Water

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring all the ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature. This recipe yields about 1 cup. Per tablespoon: 25 calories, 7g carbohydrates, no protein, no fat, no cholesterol.
