  1. 2 1/2 Pounds. Sirloin steak

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic powder

  3. 5 tablespoons 75ml Butter

  4. 3 teaspoons 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml A-1 steak sauce

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat, add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and A-1. Stir until well mixed and heat to a boiling point. Place the steak on the broiler pan. Remove the sauce from heat as it reaches the boiling point and brush top of steak with half of the sauce, being sure that it is covered with sauce. Place 3 inches below heat and cook 5 minutes, turn and cover other side with sauce and cook 5 minutes. Serves 4-6.
