  2. 1 cups milk

  3. 1 egg, beaten

  4. 1/2 cup minced onion

  5. 3 tablespoon chopped pimento

  6. 2/3 teaspoon salt

  1. Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add next 4 ingredients, and a dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch round baking dish. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
