  3. 1 3/4 cups 109g / 3.8oz Ground beef

  4. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Cooked rice

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Beef broth

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Hot water

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Saute onion in margarine. Stir in meat and rice. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add to meat mixture with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
