  5. 1/4 ts Ground red pepper

  8. 1/4 cup nonfat plain

  9. -yogurt,

  10. 1/4 c Chopped tomato.

  1. In food processor combine 1 can undrained beans and water. . .

  2. blend at high speed til smooth.

  3. Spray medium nonstick saucepan with Pam and add onion and garlic. . .

  4. when they are crisp tender add pureed bean mixture remaining can of drained beans, red pepper and cumin.

  5. When it boils serve it topped with yogurt and tomato.
