  1. 1 pound 1/4-inch thick sliced cooked turkey

  2. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 4 tablespoons sliced almonds

  4. 6 tablespoons butter

  5. 1 tablespoon water

  6. 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  1. On a plate, dredge turkey in flour to evenly coat. Set aside. In a saucepan, lightly brown sliced almonds in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove from the pan and melt another 2 tablespoons butter. Add the turkey and brown 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Place on a serving platter with a cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons butter, water, and lemon juice and stir in the browned almonds to make a sauce. Pour over the turkey.
