  1. 1 cup boiling water

  2. 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries (Craisins)

  3. 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  4. 1 (6 ounce) bag of dried mixed tropical fruit

  5. 3 cups regular oats

  6. 1/2 cup sliced almond s

  7. 1/2 cup roasted salted sunflower seed s

  8. 1/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut

  9. 2 Tbl fat-free dry milk

  10. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 15 minutes. Add oats and next 5 ingredients; stir well. Spread mixture evenly in a jelly-roll pan, and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let granola cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container.
