  2. CROCKPOT COUNTRY CHICKEN RICE SOUP

  6. 4 Celery -- sliced

  7. Salt

  8. Pepper

  9. 1 t Basil

  10. 1/2 ts Thyme

  11. 1/2 ts Sage

  12. 20 oz Peas -- frozen

  13. 2 1/2 lb Chicken pieces

  14. 5 1/2 c Water

  15. 3/4 c Rice -- raw converted

  16. Place all ingredients, except rice, into slow cooker

  17. in order listed. Cover and cook 1 hour on high; reduce

  18. 8 to 9 hours. One

  19. hour before serving, remove chicken and cool slightly.

  20. Remove meat from bones and return to slow cooker. Add
