    7. 1 cn Niblets Corn

    8. 1 c Onions, chopped

    9. 1 cn Tomato Puree

    10. 1 cn Tomato Sauce

    11. 1 cn Red Beans

    12. 1 tb Chilli Powder

    13. Brown beef and onions together in a large skillet. Add remaining

    14. ingredients, stir well. Cover and simmer 35-45 minutes. Season to
