  3. 2oz flour

  4. 1 pint milk

  5. 1/4 pint stock

  6. 1/2 glass marsala or sherry salt pepper nutmeg chopped parsley

  1. cook mushrooms in butter 5 mins then add marsala cook gently 2 mins then add flour cook gently 1 minute. Pour in milk and stock gradually and season to taste.
