  1. 2 Eggs

  2. 4 tablespoons 60ml Sugar

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon

  5. 1 cup 237ml Grated apples

  6. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Seedless raisins

  7. 4 cups 948ml Cooked fine noodles - drained

  8. 3 tablespoons 45ml Melted butter or fat

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Stir in the apples, raisins, noodles and butter or fat. Turn into a greased baking dish.

  2. Bake in a 400 degree oven 40 minutes or until browned. Serves 6 to 8.
