  2. 1 cup(s) frozen blueberries or raspberries (do not thaw)

  3. mint sprigs

  1. Place the berries in a blender.

  2. Add the cranberry juice to within 1 inch of the top of the blender.

  3. Blend until the fruit is crushed and mixed.

  4. Serve the dessert in a stemmed glass topped with a sprig of mint.
