  1. 3 Italian sausage links, sliced

  2. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions, undrained

  3. 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth

  4. 1/2 cup water

  5. 1 cup uncooked instant rice

  6. 1 can (7 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

  1. In a large saucepan, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomatoes, broth and water; bring to a boil. Stir in rice and corn; cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
