  1. DIRECTIONS Sauté the bacon until crisp, remove from pan and drain on paper towel and allow to cool While bacon is cooling peel your cold hard boiled eggs, cut in half length wise. Scoop out the yolk and put them into your food processor. Add the dried mustard, mayo, chives, ground pepper and the bacon to the processor. Pulse to combine thoroughly. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Top with the sliced olives. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
