  1. 1 Avocado

  2. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Tabasco sauce

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Coriander - chopped fresh

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vinegar

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Soy sauce - low sodium

  1. Peel and pit avocado. Coarsely chop and place in blender jar. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. HELPFUL HINTS: Use as a dip for vegetables or crackers. Or try as a topping for various foods, such as rice casserole, stuffed vegetables, or chapati roll-ups.
