  1. 336 g package breakfast sausage links

  2. 12 large eggs

  3. 840 g can pumpkin pie filling

  4. 336 g can evaporated milk

  5. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  6. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  7. 15 white bread slices, cut into medium sized cubes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the inside of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Cook the breakfast sausage links according to the package directions. Cool the sausage slightly then cut into 1/4 inch slices. Combine the eggs, pumpkin pie filling, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until blended. In a separate bowl toss together the sausage slices and bread cubes. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread and stir to coat. Spoon the bread pudding mixture into the prepared dish and press down slightly. Bake the bread pudding about 35 to 40 minutes until the tip of a knife comes out clean. Let the breakfast bread pudding stand a few minutes before serving.
