  1. 4 piece(s) Boneless, skinless chicken breast , or other chicken

  2. 3/4 cup(s) Fresh squeezed lime juice , Do not substitute

  3. 3 clove(s) Garlic, chopped

  4. 2 bunch(es) Fresh Cilantro, rinsed and lightly chopped

  5. 1/4 cup(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt , to taste

  7. 1/4 teaspoon(s) Ground Black Pepper , to taste

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place chicken in a gallon ziploc bag (or tupperware dish with lid)

  2. Put all other remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until well blended.

  3. Pour blended ingredients over chicken in bag or dish

  4. Cook on a bbq of medium-low to medium heat for approximately 12 minutes and then turn over and cook for another 12 minutes or until done. Juices should run clear when cut

  5. Serve with your favorite side dishes. I like to serve this with Red Beans & Rice and a side salad. Enjoy!
