  1. 2 packages of slaw mix

  2. 1 red onion , thinly sliced

  3. 2 green onion s, chopped

  4. 1/2 cups mayonnaise

  5. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  6. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  7. 1 lemon , juiced

  8. Pinch sugar

  9. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  10. Several dashes hot sauce

  11. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Combine the slaw mix, red onion, green onions in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar; stirring to incorporate. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently to mix. Season the cole slaw with celery seed, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator before serving.
