  1. 2 lbs of bonesless chicken thighs.

  2. 1/2 pkt of chicken tikka masala

  3. Ginger paste - 1 tsp

  4. Garlic paste - 1 tbl spn

  5. Yogurt - 2 tbl spn

  6. oil - 1 tsp

  7. lemon juice - 1 tbl spn

  8. and follow the directions for marination on the packet.

  9. I marinated the chicken for 3 hrs.

  10. Peppers - One for each color (Red, orange, yellow, green)

  11. 2 onions - cut into rings

  12. lemon juice 1 table spoons

  1. Take 2 lbs of bonesless chicken thigh. Marinate it like u do for chicken tikka. I use shaan chicken tikka masala half packet for 2 lbs chicken. Just follow the direction of the packet. I've marinated for 3 hrs.

  2. Heat some oil in pan, put marinated chicken and let it cook..the chicken should be soft and there should not be any water left in the pan. Take out the chicken from the pan. Put all peppers (green, red, orange, yellow) and onions in the same pan and let it saute for couple of minutes. Add chicken back to the onion pepper mix in the pan and turn off the heat.

  3. Squirt some lemon juice if u want or just serve it like this.

  4. Enjoy!!

  6. P.S. swap the chicken for shrimps or paneer for variations.
