  3. 1 pound butter

  4. 2 1/2 cups brown sugar

  5. 1 cup peanut butter

  6. 4 eggs

  7. 2 cups wheat flour

  8. 1 tablespoon baking powder

  9. 1 tablespoon salt

  10. 2 tablespoons cinnamon

  11. 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  12. 3 cups chocolate chips

  13. 6 cups shredded coconut

  14. 2 cups oatmeal

  15. 1 cup wheat germ

  16. Cream together butter and brown sugar in electric mixer.

  17. Add peanut butter and mix well.

  18. Add eggs and mix well.

  19. In separate bowl, combine wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger and add to wet.

  20. 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes until they look dry, puffed and start to turn brown at the edges. After
