  1. 1 c Cooked AM Soybeans

  2. 1 c Cooked AM Lentils

  3. 1 c Cooked AM Medium Brown Rice

  4. 3/4 c Soy milk, water, or stock

  5. -OR- gravy 1 md Onion; finely chopped

  6. 2 Garlic clove

  7. -- finely chopped 2 Egg whites; beaten

  8. 1/4 c Tomato puree

  9. 2 Celery stalks; chopped

  10. 2 ts Sea salt

  11. 1 c AM Wheat Germ

  12. 1/2 ts Onion powder

  13. 1/2 ts Chili powder

  14. 1 hour. Serve as is, or top with tomato puree.
