  5. 1/4 C honey

  6. 4 apple s -- shredded

  7. 1 C blueberries -- fresh

  1. Soak overnight the oats, almonds, dried fruit, and milk - to soften Following morning, add honey, apple and blueberries then mix until well combined.

  2. Keep refrigerated.
