  1. 1 Turkey tenderloins - (abt 1 1/2 lbs) - cut 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cumin

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 1 Red bell pepper - cut 1 Green bell pepper - cut 3/4" pieces

  5. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Chopped red or yellow onion

  6. 3 Garlic cloves - minced

  7. 1 Chili beans in spicy sauce - (15 1/2 oz) - undrained

  8. 1 Chili-style stewed tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) - undrained

  9. 3/4 cup 177ml Prepared salsa or picante sauce

  10. Fresh cilantro -

  1. Slow Cooker Directions: Place turkey in slow cooker. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin and salt over turkey; toss to coat. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, garlic, beans with sauce, tomatoes with juice and salsa. Mix well. Cover and cook on Low 5 hours or until turkey is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender.

  2. Ladle into bowls. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
