  1. 1 can creamed corn

  2. 1 can reg. corn (undrained)

  3. 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (I tried another brand once, and it did NOT turn out good!)

  4. 1 cup sour cream

  5. 1 stick butter, melted

  6. 350 F. Combine all ingredients in a

  7. 2 qt. casserole, and bake one hour, or until the top is lightly browned.

  8. I have also seen this same recipe with the addition of an egg.
