  1. 2 hearts romaine lettuce, chopped

  2. 1/4 pound hot ham, sliced

  3. 1/4 pound Genoa salami, sliced

  4. 1/4 pound deli provolone cheese , chopped

  5. Hot pepper rings, a couple of fork fulls

  6. Cracked green olives, 1/2 cup

  7. 1 tomato, chopped

  8. 2 ribs celery, chopped

  9. A few leaves basil, torn

  10. Red wine vinegar , 2 tablespoons, eyeball it

  11. Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

  12. Salt and pepper
