  1. 1 Pint of whipping creame

  2. 16 OZ Philadelphia Original Cream Chees

  3. 1 LB of fresh crab meat (picked well) Lump Bluecrab

  4. 1 OZ milk

  5. 1 bunch of diced green onions e.g.

  6. 3/4 Cup of chives

  7. 1 red pepper

  8. 3 Drops of Worchester Suace

  9. 4 Drops of Cherry

  10. salt

  11. Peeper

  12. Big Soup Pan

  13. Big Spoon

  1. All heavy creame into a hot soup pan reduce at high for 5 minutes. Add diced vegies bring down heat simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Add crumbled Cream Cheese.

  3. Thicken.

  4. Milk to unthicken.

  5. Add Crab meat. Stir for 5 munites.

  6. Add Rest to taste.

  7. Simmer low for 15 munites.

  8. Let cool well before 24 hr cold fridge storage.

  9. Heat up in a crock pot.
