  1. 2 Tandoori chickens - shredded

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  3. Salt to taste

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chile powder

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oil

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Raw green mango

  7. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onions - sliced fine

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Green chiles - chopped

  9. 40 Coriander leaves - chopped

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chaat masala

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ginger - julienne

  1. PREPARE a lemon dressing by mixing together the lemon juice with salt, chile powder and oil. Keep aside.

  2. Cut the raw mango into strips. Mix the raw mango, onions, green chiles, coriander leaves, chaat masala, the shredded chicken and the lemon dressing well. Remove to a serving bowl and serve immediately, garnished with chopped ginger.
