  1. Ingredients (serves 6)

  2. 250g cream cheese, softened

  3. 1/4 cup wholegrain mustard

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  5. 2 green onions, finely sliced

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

  7. 1 red delicious apple, cored, cut into wedges

  8. 1 packham pear, cored, cut into wedges

  9. 2 (300g) smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced

  10. 210g brie cheese

  11. 125g crackers, to serve (we used mini lavosh)

  1. Combine cream cheese, mustard, parsley, green onions and 2 teaspoons lemon juice in a small bowl.

  2. Combine apple and pear wedges in a separate bowl. Add remaining lemon juice. Stir to coat.

  3. Arrange smoked chicken, brie, apple mixture and crackers on a platter. Serve with cream cheese mixture.
